Part of the TED event in Budapest on 21 May 2015 was a presentation of some research by Barbados- born performing artist, dancer and choreographer Valencia James. She had asked before if she can use some music from Klaus Schulze: "I have found Klaus Schulze's music to be the best suited at conveying the excitement and wonder that I feel in my research."

As the publisher we allowed this use and you can hear Klaus' music in the short introductory video (the first 1'20 of this film), and even the copyright note was given prominently (!) at the very end:

...I got my copies of "Stars are Burning", digital as well as old-fashioned double LP, and maybe someone should mention that these black platters are "180 Gram Vinyl Records". So, I will do it: the double long-play "Stars are Burning" are made with 185 GRAM VINYL. I weighed it and in fairness I can described the whole now as: "510 gram heavyweight gatefold sleeve"!

Klaus' last studio album is nearly two years old ... but this just published review is worth a read.

I just read on a (technically not very good) photo from the STARS ARE BURNING cover, on the German Amazon (as well as on the JPC.de) website:
"...formerly only released on a rare sample."
The title in question (only on the LP version) was of course on a rare sampler, with an "R" at the end :-)

Official release of the double CD "Stars are Burning" is the 20th of November. Dealers announce various (different) dates: between the 1st and the 15th of December they will have it on stock. The double LP will come officially on the 10th of January.
