To Mr Klaus Schulze,
Dear Sir,
We are a Music Company in Iran with a over 30 years of background in production and release of music. We hold the highest number of sold albums ever in Iran.
We would like to extend our invitation to you for a concert in Tehran. This concert would be the first of its kind in Iran with 20% of its profit going directly to UNICEF. The reason for this invitation is that we hold the highest respect for you as an artist and for your music as the first and the best of its kind if we assume there is a comparison.
As you may be aware to invite any artist to Iran we need to get government permission but before doing so would like to know if you are interested.
I am more than happy to provide you with our full resume and any information required. Please feel free to contact me at your convenience.
Kind Regards,
N.N.,
Music Division Director - Tanin Sote
Our answer today was:
Many thanks for your very kind offer.
I discussed this offer with Klaus Schulze, and we both agreed:
Thank you very much, but there will be no KS concert in Tehran or in Iran.
Best regards,
Klaus D. Mueller
