So why in right up corner is:
Online for 3655 days.
10 x 365 = 3650 + 2 (leap years 2012 & 2016) = 3652 + 1 (same day) = 3653 days

The very first entry was on 6 February, with some snowy street photos from my Berlin neighbourhood: https://jeeves.blogger.de/stories/1576863/
I started a few days earlier to build (create, set-up) the site and most probably these early days - before the actual use - were already counted.
