There is a connection between the French duo LES RITA MITSOUKO (active from 1980 - 2008) and KLAUS SCHULZE (active since 1968 - still).
I don’t mean the fact that LES RITA MITSOUKO’s manager was our friend Assaad Debs who also did the French concerts of KS (e. g. the very first in 1973 & the sensational Parisian GO concert & many KS solo concerts up to the last (with guest singer Lisa Gerrard) in September 2009). Assaad also managed LES RITA MITSOUKO as long as it existed; I met him and the group when they had a concert in Berlin, some years ago. After the after-show dinner in a Kreuzberg restaurant, in the middle of the night, I showed them this area of Berlin because I lived there for my first 25 years, ...but their interest was of course little.

And now the reason for this entry here, a fact that escaped my attention during the last 33 years:
Catherine Ringer, the female half of this French duo LES RITA MITSOUKO, was an actress in the seventies and... she was playing an important part in the movie BODY LOVE, the famous porno by Lasse Braun ...and Klaus Schulze did the not less famous soundtrack for this 1977 flick.
